What used to cost around a hundred dollars for an oil change has doubled in price. You changed your name and double the price on service. You have the same number of people in the shop so I don’t know how you can charge more money for the same service.

The experience was great overall in and out fast. The only thing wrong was you guys took away the complimentary tire rotation if you have a gm product or bought it from Williams chevy. I think it would have been much better if that was included.

Because of minor home emergency I was going to be late for my appointment. I called explained that I would be late (25-30 minutes) and was told not a problem bring my truck in. They took care of me even though I was late.

My appointment was at 745 for an oil change and tire rotation. Also needed a wheel alignment and I was there until 1130am. Very disappointed and frustrated it took that long

The service advisor, Moe Karachiwalla, was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and handling the process when I had my Trax serviced. He walked me thru the issue I had brought my vehicle in for and some others that were on the status report. Repairs were made and Moe had me on my way in a timely fashion.
